Thumbs Down

To the residents of Rockhill Road, Sellersville. Please take down your hideous quarry signs, the quarry will never open or mine again. The battle is over. Can we please have our beautiful country road back??

Thumbs Up

To the gentleman who found my eyeglasses at Lowe’s in Quakertown on Saturday, May 22 and turned them in. I was frantic and you saved me!
Thank you!

Thumbs Down

Why was a woman playing fetch with her Yellow Lab on the driving range in Perkasie while I was hitting balls
on the range?

Thumbs Up

To the S.T.A.R.S. performers, Mr. & Mrs. Tad Brannon, and sponsors, for performing ”Into the Woods” at Menlo Park on May 21st and 22nd. Their performance were fantastic and enjoyed by the Pennridge community.
Thank you.

Thumbs Up

A huge thank you to Kevin from Richlandtown who pushed a broken Subaru to safety in Deep Dale East section in Levittown on May 22, 2021.

Thumbs Up

Thank you to the person who turned in the book of stamps that I bought and dropped at the Quakertown Giant on June 6th. There are still honest
people in the world!

Thumbs Down

To the person who pulled all the rocks out of the grass and placed them on the shoulder of Tollgate Road in front of Ridgeway Court.

Thumbs Up

Thank you to our dedicated, hard working postal carriers and mail couriers for working long and difficult days during the pandemic, even when it means delivering after sunset in the dark. You are appreciated!

Thumbs Down

To the person who is letting their dog poop all over the Liberty Bell School neighborhood in Coopersburg and not picking it up! Please pick up your dog’s waste. I find it incredibly rude that you would let your dog go on someone else’s yard and in the street, as I’ve seen in numerous places, and just leave it there for someone else to dispose of.

Thumbs Up

Thank you to all of our concerned and most helpful neighbors on Union Road, the very kind State Trooper and helpful firefighters assisting to get our runaway llamas back home! After a strong storm that came through our area, our neighbors found 15 llamas in the middle of Union Road. A stressful and frightening situation that was brought to a happy ending because of all of you. We are so appreciative and grateful and cannot thank all of you enough!

Thumbs Up

To all of the people planting trees! You know who you are. Our area has lost so many trees in the past few years. If your are not a tree planter, please consider planting some if you can. Thank you for what you are doing for
future generations.

Thumbs Down

To the boroughs and townships who are developing precious land for commercial use when you have numerous empty buildings which can be used instead! Stop destroying land!

Thumbs Up

To the wonderful man who gave $10 towards my grocery order at Aldi just because I let him go ahead of me. Truly not necessary for such a simple gesture, but greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thumbs Down

To the person who took a planter filled with chicks and hens from an Our Lady of Sacred Heart cemetery grave site that has been there for 10 years. For shame on you! How would you feel if someone took something from your loved one’s grave site?

Thumbs Up

To Michael. A great big thank you for coming to Center Valley to return Spencer’s cell phone and his wallet containing his driver’s license and bank card. You are a star!

Thumbs Up

To Mayor James Black of Trumbauersville Borough for organizing the beautiful dedication ceremony for our new flag in Veterans Park. Your speech was terrific. Thank you so much.

Thumbs Up

The 5th Grade class from Pfaff Elementary would like to thank the following fire companies: Milford Twp., Richland Twp., West End and School Resource Officer Hendrzak for making our graduation parade a huge success!

Thumbs Down

To people who waste police officers’ time over something they could’ve simply talked to their neighbor about. Police should only be called for emergencies, not for petty annoyances!

Thumbs Down

To the gentlemen who sat behind us at the Pennridge High School graduation on June 15th. I’ve never been seated near anyone so loud, rude, disrespectful and obnoxious. I was minutes away from letting you know how I felt about it when you thankfully left in the middle of the ceremony. Did they not teach you respect, honor and self control? From making fun of kids names as they were read, to talking loudly over all the speeches, to swearing, to making cross comments, it was an embarrassment to everyone who had to hear you. I’m sorry that you thought the class of 2021 ceremony was such a joke. It was my one and only child’s graduation and I would have like to have been able to hear it.
