Thumbs Down

To the people that litter along the rail trail. This includes dog poop bags. Take your trash with you or dispose of it properly.

Thumbs Down

To me for losing my temper. I apologize to the woman that cut me off by Aldi’s in Quakertown the previous Wednesday. There was no need for me to shout an obscenity at you. Your turn signal was on and you started to turn but changed your mind, right in front of me. You were wrong but I was more so. That outburst was uncalled for, rude, and hurtful. Again, I am sorry for it. I promise I will be a better person in the future.

Thumbs Up

Thank you to the kind, honest person who turned in my wallet at Walmart. I was in a dead panic trying to retrace my steps. My whole life stuff was in there. It was all returned (plus gift cards inside). You were an angel and my savior that day!

Thumbs Down

We have a hoarder living in our community. He has trash bins, but in the years he has lived there they have never been out by the curb for pick up. You can see in the one window of the house, that isn’t covered up, that it is full of boxes, bags and who knows what. Complaints to the township were fruitless with them saying they can’t do anything unless it becomes a problem on the outside of the house. Keep in mind there are 8 foot tall weeds in the front flower bed but they don’t see that as a problem.

Thumbs Down

To the couple in the sports car at the fast food restaurant in Quakertown on September 1. I accidentally hit your car door when I lost my grip on my door. You should be embarrassed by the way you immediately reacted, including cursing in front of my 16 year old daughter, for something that was clearly an accident. I should have called the police. People like you make me lose faith in humanity.

Thumbs Up

I want to personally thank
the person that found and
returned my chain
bracelet on Friday
September 9th at
Applebee’s in Quakertown.
It meant a lot. Happy to
see there are still honest
and kind people around.
Bless you!

Thumbs Up

To KC and JK who
surprised my husband and
I at a Telford pizza
restaurant by paying for
our dinner. That was so
very sweet of you!

Thumbs Up

A big thank you to the nice
young man who drove his
truck across the highway
to stop my runaway
rollator. He was kind
enough to bring it back to
me in my driveway. I am
on oxygen and have
trouble walking, so there
was no way I could have
retrieved it. It is good to
know that we still have
nice people in this world.
God bless.
