Thumbs Up

To Drew and Chris
at Redner’s for taking my water
and groceries to my car
during my recovery from cancer
and never taking a tip.
Thank you,
Sheila

Thumbs Down

To the teenager
who drove 65MPH
on State Road in Sellersville
at 5:30am on Monday.
You nearly caused two
accidents.
First one you cut me off
when you were too close and
second you nearly rear
ended someone else
in front of you.
There’s no need
for that behavior.
Slow down!

Thumbs Up

To the person
who found my Ford car keys
on your front lawn
(near 113 & Callowhill Road).
Thank you so much.
I have been looking
for them at work and home.
Your kindness shows there’s still
some good people around.

Thumbs Down

To the person who disparaged the
“Thank you’s for buying a meal”.
ln my opinion your attitude
ls one of the reasons our
world is in it’s current downfall.
What is wrong with kindness?
Charity? Loving others?
What a thing to complain about!
I think you could
use some TLC yourself.
Let me know how we can
make your world a brighter place.

Thumbs Down

To the person who
put a Thumbs Down to people
thanking people for paying
for their meals.
I don’t believe anyone is begging
for a free meal.
People do this out of the
kindness of their hearts.
Something you obviously don’t have.
We can never have to much
kindness in this world!
You should try being kind
“just because” sometime.

Thumbs Up

To the gentleman who paid for mine and my mother’s breakfasts at JP’s Diner on August 4. Thank you!

Thumbs Up

I would like to give a huge “Thumbs-Up” to all of the First Responders, Firefighters, Police, EMT’s, Paramedics and anyone else who has a connection with an emergency situation. To all of you that brave all sorts of weather to help put out fires, rescue people trapped in their vehicle or rush to someone’s home to give them medical attention I am so very grateful. You are out in the pouring rain, freezing cold, and now in high heat and humid temps doing your job. Most of you are paid but some of you (firefighters) are volunteers. The dedication you give to the community is appreciated beyond measure.

Thumbs Up

Coopersburg Historical Society would like to thank everyone who visited our yard sale and museum Open House on July 30. We met many new friends and enjoyed talking to all of you. It was fun to learn new stories about our history. Thank you also to Penny Power for printing the ads for this and our other events!

Thumbs Up

Thanks to the kind folks who stopped along Oakhurst Drive last Friday when I got my feet tangled in the English ivy vines and could not get up after trying to pull weeds and fell.

Thumbs Down

To the driver of the SUV on Tollgate Road on August 4th who had to pass a biker, giving only 2 inches. Your side mirror almost hit me and almost ran me into a ditch. Please share the road. You scared the heck out of me.

Thumbs Up

The Officers and Members of the Dublin Volunteer Fire Company would like to express our thanks for the community’s support for our recent Fire Company Fair and Annual Drive.

Thumbs Up

To the Good Samaritan who found my phone on Route 309 and took it to my father’s assisted living facility in Quakertown. I don’t know who you are, but you are an angel! Your actions helped me to retrieve my mother’s last voice message (she passed away in July). Thank you!

Thumbs Down

To the owners of a black cat that roams around Farmers Lane, Sellersville. Please keep it at home.
